Spongebob Party

Spongebob Party - Chances are, if you are between the ages of three and thirty, you know what a Spongebob party is. If you are between those ages, chances are you might want to throw a Spongebob party at some time. Most people believe if you throw a party based on those who live in a pineapple under the sea, you will want to have a pool, or some type of water activities, but the truth is, you can have a successful Spongebob party inside, with no water activities at all.

Spongebob PartyFirst begin with turquoise colored construction paper which may be folded in half and trimmed with wavy scrapbooking scissors to create a rippled edge. Lettering and some premade SpongeBob stickers can create a custom cover for inexpensive, handmade invitations. Be sure to include specific details such as precise pick up and drop off times and a map to the party location.

Use yellow posterboard to create a cutout Spongebob, and then allow guests to be photographed with Spongebob as they arrive at the party. Digital cameras are wonderful for this task and photos can be personalized, printed, and given to guests as a party favor.

Pink balloons inflated and decorated with paints and long deflated balloons glued to the bottoms may be suspended from ceilings to simulate jellyfish, while streamers in multiple colors of blue may be suspended from ceilings to recreate the undulating motion of being underwater. A bubble stand or automatic bubble machine can complete the look with lots of floating bubbles just like those under the sea!

Complete the look with a Spongebob cake, some seawater punch, goldfish crackers, and if a meal is needed, consider simple fish sticks and chips served in a large shell rather than a plate! Spongebob party packages are also available that include all the partyware and other party needs you could possibly need. You might compare prices and see what works best for you in terms of convenience and cost.
